Manifest Station Foundation is an educational and community wellness initiative in formation. This notice covers its Vercel-hosted informational website and inquiry forms.
Inquiry information
When you choose to submit a form, we collect your name, email, inquiry type, message, optional organization and program preference, your age-18+ confirmation, consent, a receipt identifier, and submission time. We use these to review your inquiry, organize it by topic, and respond or discuss possible participation. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing, enroll you in a program, or establish a partnership.
We do not request payment details, diagnoses, medical records, a child's information, or third-party private contact information. Please do not include them in your message.
Private storage and access
Form records are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. They are not publicly listed or accessible through this website. Retention and your choices
Our initial handling procedure calls for a review of inquiries within 90 days. Inquiries no longer needed should be deleted; inquiries that develop into an ongoing volunteer or partnership relationship may be retained while needed for that relationship or applicable record obligations. This review is manual, and automatic deletion is not enabled. We will update this notice if collection or handling changes.
To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and identify it as a privacy request. Include your receipt reference if available; do not send identification documents. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Hosting, fonts, and spam checks
Vercel receives normal request information, including IP addresses, for hosting, security, and operational logs. Our saved inquiry records do not include IP addresses. The forms use a signed time-limited token and an empty-field spam check. The website code does not set analytics cookies, add tracking scripts, or store visitor information in browser storage.

Email and external resources
Email links open your email app. The availability of hello@manifeststationatx.com is not yet confirmed, and automatic email notifications are not configured. Linked research and support websites have their own privacy practices.
Programs, newsletters, and donations
These forms collect interest only. There is no active program enrollment, newsletter subscription, donation processing, or payment collection. Any future pilot feedback process will be described before collection. No health histories or private journal entries will be requested.
Manifest Station Foundation is a nonprofit organization in formation. Its Texas formation filing is awaiting approval. Federal tax-exempt recognition has not been granted.
